My device does not have the "Change" button for moving apps!

To move apps to SD on an Android 6 or greater device, you have to format the SD card as internal storage (refer to http://bit.ly/2rOy4Uh).

Unfortunately, device manufacturers may remove the "Format as internal" option (no idea why they want to do that?). If you are using such a device, you can still format the SD card as internal without rooting the device. Please visit the following page for how to:
It looks a little bit complicated but, at least, it works w/o you to root the device for enabling this function.
As it's the device's issue, you can also get help from your device manufacturer & mobile carrier.

      Xiaomi device removes the function of moving apps to SD from Android so the moving apps function cannot be supported. Please read FAQ 9 from http://android.a0soft.com/?url=App2SD.htm for details. The only solution is asking for the manufacturer to release an app2sd enabled ROM as Samsung did for S4 users.     Samsung Tab S. Looking for "modify system settings" setting but it is NOT in android at all! Will not transfer anything to sd card! Used to work, now junkware. Fully up to date.

      It's the device bug. Please manually grant the permission by going to:
      Launcher ＞ system Settings ＞ Application manager ＞ top-right MENU icon ＞ Change system settings ＞ switch on for our app

    Anyone able to get the LG G8 to move apps to sd card? LG wouldn't help me at all with an app2sd Rom. They told me that apps will not work correctly if they did so. I say "Liars!!" I have had all my LG phones work with apps moved to as card including my V30+ had no problems. This info gathering for 5G is Bulls*** .

    I cant remove apps from internal storage to sd card, only applications, not pictures, videos. When i put sd card into cell phone its recongnized , then without problems i can formating, but in applications there is no options for removing to sd card. My phone is Sony xperia XZ1. Earlier i have no problems with micro sd card, Xperia E5 is working great. Sorry about my bad english.

How to format the SD card as the internal storage?

As you may know that, Android 6 introduces a new moving "apps to SD" feature (adoptable storage, refer to #4 below) and abandon the original solution of moving apps to portable external storage. If you are using an Android 6 or greater device, you have to format the SD card as internal storage for moving apps. It's required by Android. You can do that by following the instructions below: How to turn external SD card into internal storage on Marshmallow? 1. Go to the device "Settings" > select "Storage". 2. Select your SD Card > tap the three-dot menu on top-right corner > and select "Settings" (or "Storage settings") from there. 3.
