I cannot open my paid app.

It's the known issue of Google Play.

To fix the problem, you have to downgrade Play to the old version (Don't worry, your data won't be lost).

Please follow the following steps for how to:
1. uninstall Google Play Store by going to Launcher > System Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Disable > Disable app
2. Launcher > System Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Enable
3. open Google Play Store app
4. open our apps and it should work now

To move apps to SD on an Android 6 or greater device, you have to format the SD card as internal storage (refer to http://bit.ly/2rOy4Uh ).
